Abstract
Şairin yetenek ve şahsiyetinin bir yansıması olan şiir derin ahenkli çağrışımlar taşıyan bir düzen içinde, okuyucuda etki uyandırmak suretiyle meydana getirilir. Şiir vezin ve kafiyeli söz grubu olmanın ötesinde bir özellik taşır. Bu çalışmada Hasan Öztürk’ün eserlerinden hareketle yazarın şiire ve şaire bakış açısı ortaya koyulmaya çalışılmıştır. Şiire dair farklı edebiyat dönemlerini kapsayan eleştirilerinde birbirinden farklı isimleri konu edinmiş, dönemsel özellikleri ön plana çıkararak şairleri belirli düzlemde anmıştır. Şiiri dil, üslup, şekil ve muhteva bakımından değerlendiren Öztürk yenilik, estetik, imgelem, yaratıcılık, özgünlük, yetenek ve politika kavramları etrafında yoğunlaşmıştır. Bu çalışmayla Hasan Öztürk’ün farklı şiir anlayışlarına, farklı şairlere yönelttiği olumlu ve olumsuz eleştiriler odağında edebiyatın en fazla yoruma açık, sınır tanımayan türü olan şiire ve sanata dair görüşlerini Behçet Necatigil ve Turgut Uyar üzerinden aktarmaya çalışır. Bir şiirin ve şairinin vasfına ilişkin görüşler ortaya koyarak cesur bir tavır sergilemiştir.

Abstract
Poetry, a reflection of the poet's talent and personality, is created by creating an effect on the reader with a stack of deeply harmonious connotations. Poetry is more than just a venous and rhyming lyric group. In this study, the author's perspective on poetry and poetry was tried to be revealed based on the works of Hasan Ozturk. In his criticisms of poetry covering different literary periods, he mentioned different names and commemorated poets in this book by highlighting periodic features. Evaluating poetry in terms of language, style, shape and content, Ozturk is focused on the concepts of innovation, aesthetics, vision, creativity, originality, talent and politics. With this work, hasan Öztürk's different understandings of poetry and the positive and negative criticisms directed at different poets are focused on the most interpretive and limitless type of poetry and art, which is adapted to the rhythm of his pen and information about the quality of poetry that is deeply felt.
