Abstract

Ahmet Pasha, who lived in the 15th century, is one of the important names raised by the tradition. Although there are various opinions about the poet's place of birth and date of birth, it is known that he spent most of his life in Bursa. Ahmet Pasha, whose star was shining in the period of the Fatih, served as a teacher, as well as being a professor, a vizier, and a vizier. He was punished by the sultan with a misfortune he suffered during the time of the Conqueror and was saved with his famous "kerem" ode with redif. Ahmet Pasha, despite experiencing such a misfortune, during the Bayezid ⅠⅠ period, he gained the favor of the sultan with his poems and did not lose his affinity with the state throughout his life. Pasha died in Bursa, his last place of duty (902 / 1496-97) and was buried in the tomb he built near Muradiye Madrasa. The poems he created with his fine imagination and harmonious style opened the door to a period that would last for centuries in classical poetry. Based on his poems, it is seen that the poet is dominant in Arabic and Persian as well as Turkish. The only known work of Ahmet Pasha, who both grew up in his era and led poets after his era, is the Divan. Many studies have been done about Ahmet Pasha and his divan from past to present and are still being done. While creating our study, it was set out with the idea that such studies should be brought to the field of Classical Turkish Literature, since the benefit of bibliography studies to both the field of research and to researchers is known. This study was created in order to determine where the copies of the divan, which is the only work of Ahmet Pasha, were found and to gather the studies about Pasha. Although we strive to conduct a rigorous and wide-ranged research as much as possible, it is known that there may be studies that are overlooked. We believe that it will benefit from various aspects since it is a collective resource that can be referred to those who do and will do research on the subject.
